While Leanne McAlister is the instructor for the IDENTITY course and serves as "chief developer" of ZOE courses, ZOE courses are always developed in community. Leanne leads a passionate team that together writes, tests and edits curriculum. This collective approach ensures curriculum is Biblical, practical, and accessible for all.

Leanne is an ordained minister with the PAOC and directs the ZOE Network. She holds an MA in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University and is a Certified Leadership Coach through Essential Impact.

Leanne and her husband Darcy divide their time between Canada and Asia. Their passion is to develop leaders in Canada and around the world. Darcy and Leanne have three married children and have recently become grandparents.
