Welcome to the THRIVE course!

Before you begin, take some time to connect with one another. Here are some prompts to help you get started.

• Share your name
• Share you IDENTITY statement!
• What do you hope to get out of this course?
• What “trips you up” when you step out into new things?

SET GROUP EXPECTATIONS

Just like we did in the IDENTITY course, we need to set our group expectations. This is an important step as it will create safety in your group

Here are some question prompts:

• What are our group rules?
• What about confidentiality? What are our boundaries around sharing on Social Media?
• Are we free to communicate with each other between sessions?
• What platform will we use? (Messenger, WhatsApp, Signal?)
• Are we all "in?"

Have someone record these "rules" and revisit them throughout the course.
